We’re making a small change to our phone line opening hours to help us better manage demand and continue improving…

We’re making a small change to our phone line opening hours to help us better manage demand and continue improving the service we provide to tenants.

From Tuesday 17 March, our phone lines will operate an emergency-only service between 12pm and 4.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During this time, a reduced number of staff will be available to deal with emergency calls. Our reception will remain open as usual.

Outside of these hours, our contact centre will continue to handle all general enquiries.

If you need to get in touch during the emergency-only period, you can skip the wait and use your My Trivallis account to:

· Update your personal details

· Send us a query

· Report a repair and book your own appointment slot

Using My Trivallis is often the quickest and easiest way to manage your account or request a service at a time that suits you.

These changes will also give our teams dedicated time for training and development, helping us improve the support we provide.
