We are delighted to share that Trivallis has been shortlisted for three TPAS Awards, recognising the strength of our tenant involvement, community spirit and partnership working across our communities.

These nominations are a fantastic achievement and reflect the dedication of our tenants, volunteers and colleagues who work together every day to make a positive difference.

Our finalists

Fix It Together: Co producing a tenant led repair diagnostic tool
This nomination celebrates the work of the Repairs Working Group, where tenants and colleagues have worked side by side to shape a more collaborative and effective approach to repairs. With strong leadership and technical expertise, the group has created a solution that puts tenant experience at the heart of service design.

Pen Dinas: Turning lived experience into safer homes
This project shows the power of listening and working together. By engaging with residents about the challenges they face, teams have developed practical solutions that make a real difference to everyday life. From improving storage options to keep communal areas clear and safe, to ongoing consultation on issues such as waste management and nuisance behaviour, this work is shaped directly by lived experience.

Communities Supporting Communities: Penrhys Community Volunteers
This nomination highlights the incredible commitment of volunteers who provide vital support through initiatives such as a community café, food bank and a wide range of local activities. Their work continues to strengthen connections and improve daily life for residents in Penrhys.

Celebrating together

The TPAS Awards ceremony will then take place at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel from 6.00pm to 9.45pm, bringing together tenant representatives and colleagues who have contributed to these inspiring initiatives.

Reaching the finals is something to be incredibly proud of. These projects represent the very best of what we can achieve when we listen, collaborate and support one another.

Results

Following a lovely evening at the TPAS Awards, we are pleased to share that Fix It Together was awarded first place, with both the Pen Dinas Fire Safety Project and Penrhys Community Volunteers achieving second place in their categories.

These results reflect the commitment, care and collaboration of everyone involved. It was also a great opportunity to celebrate the inspiring work taking place across the sector. Our thanks to TPAS for bringing everyone together for such a special evening.
