For community, not profit

We are a community mutual organisation.

This means that we are owned by our tenants, rooted in our local communities, and work through collaboration and partnership. Our priority is to provide safe and affordable homes and properties, in a responsible, ethical and environmentally friendly way. All our profits go back into upgrading existing homes, developing new ones and improving our services. Unlike some big private companies, we’re not in the business of making money for external shareholders.

Our friendly Contact Centre, located in our Pontypridd head office, is staffed by local people ready to assist you during office hours through phone, email, and our tenant portal My Trivallis. For emergencies outside office hours, we’ve got you covered. You can connect with us 24/7.

Quick and efficient repairs, regular property updates, and adherence to gas and fire safety standards are our top priorities. We’re proud to have earned the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) accreditation, showcasing our commitment to providing safe and effective responses to domestic abuse. We were the first housing association to receive accreditation under the new EROSH Independent Living Standards.
