Trivallis achieves Disability Confident Leader status

28 January 2026

Trivallis is now a Disability Confident Leader

Trivallis has become  Disability Confident Leader status following a recent review of our approach to creating an accessible and disability friendly work place.

This recognition reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported and able to do their best work, whatever their circumstances.

Disability Confident Leader status recognises organisations that go beyond meeting requirements, showing leadership in how they:

  • Remove barriers in recruitment and employment
  • Make reasonable adjustments
  • Support colleagues with disabilities and long-term health conditions
  • Share learning and promote inclusive practice

Fleur Patten, Employment and Wellbeing Advisor at Papworth Trust and Trivallis’ assessor and adviser, said:

“Trivallis showed clear leadership in its approach to disability inclusion. The organisation demonstrated strong engagement across teams, alongside a genuine willingness to listen, reflect and continue improving how it supports accessibility and wellbeing at work.”

Lisa Kiddy Head of People Services at Trivallis adds;

“This is a significant achievement for Trivallis and reflects the care and progressive approach of the People Services team, along with the support of leaders and managers across the organisation.  It reflects the work which has been put into embedding accessibility into everyday actions  by colleagues across Trivallis; from how we support each other, to how we design roles, processes and workplaces to be more inclusive.

“While we’re pleased to have reached this milestone, we know that this is just part of the journey and work on ensuring inclusion is ongoing. We think of this as one milestone in our journey to continue listening, learning and improving, so that Trivallis remains a place where everyone feels they belong. I’d like to offer massive thanks for the work the People Services team have put in to make this happen
