The latest Welsh Government data shows that Trivallis compares very well to other housing associations in Wales and is among the top performers in several areas. This information comes from reports that all 32 housing associations must submit to the Welsh Government’s housing regulation team.

The figures from the Welsh Government returns show strong results at the end of 2025:

  • 100% compliance for key safety checks, including gas, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, and electrical certificates.
  • 98.43% of emergency repairs completed on time, which is 10% above the sector average of 88.4%.
  • Fourth lowest proportion of overdue repairs, well above the average.
  • Fewer empty homes waiting to be re-let than most landlords – only 1.3% compared to the average of 1.65%.
  • Trivallis was amongst the top performers for tenants with rent arrears (2.79% compared to 3.72% sector average).

Chief Executive Duncan Forbes said:
“Tenant safety is our number one priority, and these results show how hard our team works to keep homes safe. I’m also pleased to see improvements in repairs, especially after the challenges of Covid.

“But we know there’s more to do. If you have outstanding repairs or aren’t happy with our service, please get in touch so we can put things right.”
