In the know and ready to go, Trivallis colleagues are turning their green learning into action.

170 colleagues across Trivallis have now achieved Carbon Literacy accreditation, reflecting the level of commitment being made to informed, climate-conscious ways of working. Over the past year, teams from a wide range of roles have taken part in training exploring climate science, emissions reduction, sustainable decision-making and community impact.

The most important step now is moving from learning to application. Colleagues are using this knowledge to shape how services are planned and delivered—identifying smarter ways to reduce waste, improve asset decisions, support long-term efficiency and strengthen environmental responsibility across the organisation.

This accreditation milestone demonstrates how sustainability can be embedded into everyday roles rather than positioned as an additional task. The aim is to continue aligning environmental understanding with operational decisions, ensuring sustainability contributes directly to better outcomes for residents, partners and communities.
