Trivallis 2024–2025: The Yearbook Edition

Some things went brilliantly, some things taught us lessons, and all of it is shaping the next chapter of our story. Yearbook Highlights:

• Most Improved: Repairs completed in under 15 days, a 23% improvement from last year. Our tradespeople earned 91% satisfaction from tenants.
• Best Dressed (Homes Edition): 80% of homes now meet EPC C or above, keeping families warmer and energy bills lower.
• Rising Stars: 62 new homes built, with 10 more schemes underway, plus plans for 1,000 new homes at Penrhys.
• Most Popular (Tenant Satisfaction): 96% of new tenants satisfied, trust in Trivallis up to 76%, and overall satisfaction at 77%.
• Community MVPs: 1,487 people supported through wellbeing programmes; anti-social behaviour resolution rate 95%; £5.3 million in tenant income and savings secured.
• All-Star Team: Our Team Around the Tenant approach ensures tailored support for homes, wellbeing, and community connections.
• Creative Leaders: Tenant-led panels and the Community Grants Panel awarded £32,903 to 43 tenant-led initiatives.
• Spirit of the Year: Community events like T-Fest and Great Estate Days brought tenants and staff together to celebrate achievements and strengthen neighbourhoods.
