We’re Delighted to Welcome Rachel Rowlands as Our New Director of Community Housing

We’re excited to announce that Rachel Rowlands will be joining Trivallis as our new Director of Community Housing!

Rachel brings a huge amount of experience and passion to the role. She’s currently Chief Executive of Age Connects Morgannwg, where she’s been a driving force for nearly 20 years. Her career in housing and community support spans more than three decades, starting with Cardiff City Council in the early ‘90s. Since then, she’s played leading roles in Care & Repair Cymru, Cynon Taf Community Housing, and more recently as part of the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board and University Health Board.

Keiron Montague, Executive Director of Communities said; “We’re really looking forward to welcoming her to Trivallis, and we’re confident her leadership will help us continue to grow and strengthen our work in community housing.”

Rachel is known for building strong partnerships and delivering projects that make a real difference. A great example is Cynon Linc—a former council-run day centre that she helped transform into a thriving community hub with spaces for health services, food, play, support, and connection. It’s a fantastic example of her people-first approach and belief in the power of community.

Rachel is currently working through her notice period and will be joining us soon.
