Development Update: A tour with Jon around our new sites

We recently caught up with Jonathan, Asset Regeneration  Manager here at Trivallis, who kindly took us on a tour of some of our latest housing projects across the region. Jon’s been closely involved with these developments funded through the Social Housing Grant (SHG) and the Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP) — funding we secured back in March.

Here’s what Jon showed us:

Hawthorne Terrace, Perthcelyn
John introduced us to James from WK Partnerships, who shared exciting news about the 9 new homes planned here — including a bungalow and two-bedroom houses. Jon told us they’ve been working on this project for over a year and are gearing up to start building in early June.

William Street, Pentre
Jon walked us over to this smaller site where groundwork has already begun for two spacious four-bedroom homes. Building is set to kick off in August.

Farm Road, Aberaman
Jon pointed out how well things are moving at Farm Road, where MYTY Homes is making great progress thanks to some recent good weather. Phil from MYTY Homes said bricklayers will be on site soon to keep the momentum going.

Detached Plots – Prestige Homes Wales
Finally, Jon showed us the site where Prestige Homes Wales is constructing four timber-frame homes. The plan is to finish by the end of the year and then move on to their next big project in Llwydcoed — transforming a former school site into flats and houses.
