As the days become shorter and temperatures begin to drop, we’re launching our Warm and Well campaign to help residents stay warm, well and connected throughout the months ahead.

We’ll be sharing practical advice, useful information and seasonal inspiration designed to support residents through Autumn and Winter. Whether you’re looking for tips to keep your home comfortable, information about damp and mould, support with managing household costs or ways to stay connected with your community, Warm and Well is here to help.

Warm and Well focuses on three key themes:

Damp and mould

We’ll be sharing advice on reducing moisture in the home, recognising the signs of damp and mould, and understanding when and how to report concerns.

If you notice signs of damp or mould in your home, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. Reporting issues early helps us investigate and take the right action.

Staying warm and well

We’ll be sharing practical tips on keeping homes comfortable, managing costs during colder weather and looking after physical and mental wellbeing throughout the season.

We’ll also highlight support available through Trivallis and our community partners, including advice and guidance for tenants who may be worried about household costs during the colder months.

Making the most of autumn and winter

From seasonal activities and community events to resident stories and simple ways to enjoy the colder months, we’ll be celebrating the positive side of the season and the communities that make it special.
