Celebrating our Housing Team of the Year nomination

We’re thrilled to share that Trivallis has been shortlisted for the Housing Team of the Year for the Welsh Housing Awards! This nomination highlights the brilliant work happening across our teams and the real difference we make for our tenants every day. The Welsh Housing Awards recognise the amazing people and partnerships making a difference across the housing sector in Wales.

The Housing Team of the Year nomination highlights the incredible support colleagues have provided in Cardiff Bay during one of our most challenging renovation projects to date. What started as cladding repairs grew into major structural work and a huge amount of disruption for tenants, but the team’s compassion, teamwork and problem-solving have been outstanding:

A veteran kept access to his garden so he could spend time with his grandchildren.

Another tenant, who hadn’t slept in a proper bed for over a decade, finally received one, and our team helped set it up.

Simple acts, but life-changing ones.

These moments are exactly why the Housing Team have been shortlisted. Their care, honesty and commitment to doing the right thing for tenants have made a huge difference throughout the Cardiff Bay project.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 27 November, so we will be keeping everything crossed for a Trivallis win!
