Trivallis begins planning process for Penrhys redevelopment

This first stage in getting planning permission is called a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC).

The PAC gives local people a chance to:

• Look at the building plans
• Share comments

Public meetings are being held on Tuesday 23 September at 1.00pm (Llanfair Uniting Church) and 6.00pm (Rhondda Golf Club). Come along to hear more and ask questions.

Members of the public can email their comments on the plans to: planning@theurbanists.net. The deadline for comments is Wednesday 8 October 2025.
