Paying your rent

You need to pay your rent every week, starting from the day your tenancy begins. If you’re having trouble, let us know so we can help you.

Remember, paying your rent is important. If you don’t, you might risk losing your home. So, make it a priority, even before other bills like Council Tax or utilities.

If you need expert debt advice, we can refer you to Citizens Advice, or you can contact them directly through Advicelink Cymru by calling 0800 7022 020.
