As part of this commitment, we have implemented a comprehensive Dignity at Work policy that outlines our commitment to preventing and addressing any form of this unacceptable behaviour. This policy is designed to protect all colleagues, ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for everyone.

All colleagues are aware of the role they must play in preventing sexual harassment and promoting respectful and professional behaviour.

There is a clear reporting procedure in place and support is available to colleagues if they experience or witness sexual harassment. Any report will be taken seriously, and the leadership team is fully committed to learning from any incidents and continuously improving how we prevent harassment from taking place.
