Introduction

This is an exciting time to join Trivallis. Over the past year, we’ve been working on big changes with our staff, tenants, and Board to radically rethink our mission and values. We’ve launched an ambitious new tenant services strategy to galvanise our key services for tenants and build stronger, more positive relationships with communities.

We’re pioneering an exciting new model of working called team around the tenant. This model will provide focused, personalised housing support for our tenants and unite our teams in a powerful way, helping us communicate more effectively and work together with a shared purpose—to deliver the very best for our tenants!

We’re expanding our team to deliver this bold new approach, and are looking for compassionate and proactive housing professionals to drive things forward. If you’re looking for a new career challenge and want to shape the future of housing in South Wales, read on.
