Introduction

This is an exciting time to join Trivallis. Over the past year, we’ve been working on big changes with our staff, tenants, and Board to radically rethink our mission and values. We’ve launched an ambitious new tenant services strategy to galvanise our key services for tenants and build stronger, more positive relationships with communities.

We’re pioneering an exciting new model of working called team around the tenant. This model will provide focused, personalised housing support for our tenants and unite our teams in a powerful way, helping us communicate more effectively and work together with a shared purpose—to deliver the very best for our tenants!

We’re expanding our team to deliver this bold new approach, and are looking for compassionate and proactive housing professionals to drive things forward. If you’re looking for a new career challenge and want to shape the future of housing in South Wales, read on.

Roles available

We have a number of different roles available. All of them are based in Pontypridd, but with responsibility for individual communities across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay.

Head of Housing and Tenancy Sustainability

Salary: £69,335 pa

As the Head of Housing & Tenancy Sustainability, you will be at the forefront of delivering our new tenant services strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming the way we deliver housing support, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and collaborative service for our tenants.

Salary: £50,642 pa

As a Community Housing Manager, you’ll manage the delivery of excellent, locally delivered housing services with a focus on providing the team around the tenant approach which is responsive to our tenants and communities.

Senior community housing officer

Salary: £41,898 pa

As a Senior Community Housing Officer, you’ll lead and support a team of Community Housing Officers to deliver a tenant-focused housing service. You’ll manage, develop, and coach your team to build lasting relationships with tenants and communities. Your aim is to ensure safe, high-quality, and sustainable tenancies and neighbourhoods.

Salary: £37,147 pa

As a Community Housing Officer, you’ll manage a patch of tenancies and build lasting relationships with tenants and communities to help them thrive. You’ll act as a key worker who listens, supports, and advocates for tenants.
