As part of our Best Summer Ever campaign, we’re giving local families the chance to win a memorable day out and share their adventure with our communities.

We want to hear about the places you’d love to visit, the activities you’d enjoy and how you’d create an amazing day out.

We’re looking for creative family day out ideas that make the most of local travel links, attractions, free activities and community experiences. Show us the journey you’d take, the places you’d visit and how you’d turn it into your perfect summer adventure.

How to enter

Send us a short video introducing your family and telling us:

• Who you are
• Where your adventure would take you
• Why you’ve chosen those locations
• What would make it your perfect family day out

You don’t need professional equipment. A video recorded on your phone is absolutely fine.

What could you win?

Winning families will receive:

• Travel covered through a Valleys Day Pass
• Lunch during the day
• A contribution towards activities and spending money
• The chance to feature in our Best Summer Ever campaign

We’ll ask the winning families to capture their day through video and photos so they can inspire others to get out and explore what our communities have to offer this summer.
