New Repair tool launches at Trivallis

We’re excited to launch a new way for Trivallis tenants to report and manage non-emergency repairs anytime, anywhere.

You new online Report a repair tool, is now live in your My Trivallis portal.

This is a big change, and one that tenants have been asking for:

What you can do with the tool:

  • Diagnose problems step by step
  • Upload photos or videos of the issue
  • Book your own appointment online
  • Access a multi-lingual, easy-to-use guide
  • Get advice for simple fixes you can do yourself

We’ve designed this to make repairs quicker, easier and more flexible. You’re in control of how and when you report things, with 24/7 access.

What can’t you report using the tool

For anything urgent or that could pose a risk to your health or safety, you’ll still need to call us directly. This includes things like:

  • Gas leaks or strong smells of gas
  • Loose or exposed electrical wires
  • Issues with damp and mould
  • Any compliance-related repairs

The tool will help guide you and clearly direct you to call us if your repair is urgent or high-risk.
