Sandy Bank – your estate needs you!

Do you live on Sandy Bank Road, Ystrad? On 19 September, we’re hosting a Great Estate Day, and we’d love for you to join us in making a difference.

This day is all about working alongside you and your neighbours to make a positive change in your community.

While a team from Trivallis will be partnering with RCT Council to kick-start the clean up, trim green spaces, and tidy up the area, the real magic happens when we all work together. Your involvement is key to maintaining and loving the place you call home.

We’ve seen incredible results in other neighbourhoods where residents have come together to transform their estates. Now, it’s Sandy Bank’s turn. We’re here to support you—whether it’s getting started, offering advice, or lending a hand if things get tough—but ultimately, we believe in your ability to keep this momentum going long after the day ends.

The event promises to be fun and rewarding, leaving the area looking fantastic. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with Trivallis staff and RCT Council about any ideas or questions you might have.
