My Trivallis

We want all our shareholders to be able to join our Annual General Meeting. This year, you can participate either in person or online. The AGM is your chance to share your thoughts on how our Housing Association is managed and to vote for candidates running for the Community Mutual’s Board.

The business to be considered at the meeting shall be the ordinary resolutions: 

  1. The Board’s report on the affairs of the Community Mutual for the period ending 31 March 2025. 
  2. The annual report and accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025. 
  3. The re-appointment of external auditors Menzies LLP (formerly Haines Watts LLP).

General information 

We have sent letters to shareholders with instructions on how to access the AGM documents online. The letters also included a voting form and a link to join the online meeting. If you think you are a shareholder and did not get the link or the voting form, please send an email to agm@trivallis.co.uk. 

Shareholders can choose someone to represent them at the meeting. We can also help any shareholders who need assistance. If you want to vote before the meeting or choose a representative, please return your voting form by 11 am on Thursday 7 August 2025.

Voting conditions:
- You must be a tenant or independent shareholder or submitting as their nominated representative.
- You must be over the age of 18 on Thursday 7 August 2025.

Meet our Board

Our Board is responsible for approving any major strategic decisions and making sure they’re right for Trivallis and our tenants.

Members meet every two months and also contribute to sub-committees. All members are given extensive training and support as they carry legal responsibilities to make sure we’re acting responsibly and within the law.
