Following on from the launch of our Apprenticeship Programme for 2024, we have re-opened the Building Surveyor vacancy.

This opportunity is now open to anyone aged 16+ and you do not need to be living in a Trivallis home to qualify.

Here’s a bit more information about the role:

Surveyor

Training is hands-on with professionals, both in the workplace and in college.

Training takes place at Coleg y Cymoedd in Nantgarw or Ystrad Mynach College. Apprentices work across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay, based in Pontypridd, Cwmbach, or Porth. Apprenticeships last between two and four years, leading to a Level 3 qualification.

Expect to learn technical skills as well as essential employment skills. You’ll have support from a college training advisor and Trivallis managers. We provide PPE and equipment, and you’ll receive a monthly salary.
