10 New Homes Coming Soon to Bron Y Dyffryn, Hawthorn

We’re thrilled to announce that Trivallis has purchased the Bron Y Dyffryn flats site on Dynea Road, Hawthorn, which will soon be transformed into 10 newly refurbished two-bedroom homes.

This development is part of the Welsh Government’s Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP), designed to ease pressure on temporary accommodation by creating more stable, longer-term housing options across Wales.

Once completed, the homes will be allocated by the local authority, who will have full control over the allocation process to ensure they go to individuals and families most in need. Trivallis will support the local authority with the allocations once the homes are ready.
