Welcome Emma Fish, our new Head of Housing & Tenancy Sustainability

We’re really pleased to share that Emma will be joining us in March.

We’re really pleased to share that Emma Fish has been appointed as our new Head of Housing & Tenancy Sustainability.

In this key role, Emma will lead the newly formed Community Housing team and drive the delivery of our new tenant services strategy. Her focus will be on creating a seamless, proactive, and collaborative service that transforms the way we support our tenants and enhances their experience.

Emma joins us from Bron Afon Community Housing, and before that Torfaen County Borough Council, where she has spent 24 years building a wealth of experience. She started as a Community Housing Officer before progressing to roles including Community Manager, Area Housing Manager, and most recently, Head of Housing and Customer Experience.

Emma will be joining Trivallis in March. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome.
