Join us on 05 December for a Great Estate Day at Park View and Springfield Sheltered Scheme. A day for everyone to come together to make a real difference in your community.

This day is all about empowering you and your neighbours to take charge of your community. While a team from Trivallis will be partnering with RCT Council to kick-start the cleanup, cut back green spaces, and tidy up the area, the real magic happens when we all work together. Your involvement is key to maintaining and loving the place you call home.

We’ve seen incredible results in other neighbourhoods where residents have come together to transform their estates. Now, it’s your turn. We’re here to support you—whether it’s getting started, offering advice, or lending a hand.

There’ll be members from our Community Involvement Team and Repairs Team there on the day, who you’ll be able to share any ideas with, or answer any questions you might have.

It’s also a great opportunity to connect with RCT Council Enforcement and Awareness Team, and other local partners You be able to chat about any suggestions you have and get support.

Coffees, mince pies and a light lunch will also be available.

So, mark your calendars, roll up your sleeves, and let’s join forces to make Ynyshir a place you’re proud of.
